Service Description

This course is for the beginning dancer who has started Kindergarten or 1st Grade and is ready to learn! The class will be divided into two parts, beginning with ballet and ending with tap. Each class will focus on fundamentals and the basics of movement, beginning level technique and posture, and we will regularly have game-based and play-based lessons. Students will gain a basic understanding of each dance style while incorporating techniques to strengthen and protect their growing bodies. Female attire: Leotard and tights or dance shorts/tights, ballet and tap shoes, hair in a bun with short hair up and out of the face, no jewelry Male attire: Comfortable activewear such as a t-shirt and shorts, ballet and tap shoes, hair up and out of the face, no jewelry.
