Service Description

PRE-REQ: Student must have completed Robotics Levels 1A through 2B at CFTA. Level 3A challenges students to learn advanced sensor and programming skills. This level introduces another real-world problem: Community Trash Collection. Building on the knowledge gained in Levels 2A and 2B, students engage in a project lifecycle at a high level. They begin by understanding the requirements, then progress through planning, designing, building, and deploying their trash pickup robot. This hands-on experience teaches students valuable skills in project management, customer interaction, and practical robotics application. By creating a solution that directly impacts their community, students not only enhance their technical abilities but also develop a sense of social responsibility and innovation. All robotics technology, laptops, and software is provided for an amazing week learning together.  The kids and teachers will host a showcase on Friday to demonstrate their new skills. NOTE: Our Robotics curriculum is based on a gradation model.  This class is part A.  Level 3B will be offered the following week.  Completion of both 3A & 3B sessions is required prior to entry into the next Level.
