Service Description

PRE-REQ: Student must have completed Robotics Levels 1A through 3A at CFTA. Building on skills from previous levels, students embark on an exciting project to create a coffee delivery robot for Well Coffee Co. This challenge integrates advanced sensor technology, programming techniques, and real-world problem-solving. Students will engage in a comprehensive development process and project life cycle, from talking to stakeholders, gathering requirements to planning, designing, building, and testing their robot6. The project emphasizes practical application of robotics knowledge, teaching valuable skills in project management and customer interaction. By developing an autonomous coffee delivery system, students will not only enhance their technical abilities but also gain insight into the growing field of service robotics and its impact on businesses. All robotics technology, laptops, and software is provided for an amazing week learning together. The kids and teachers will host a showcase on Friday to demonstrate their new skills. NOTE: Our Robotics curriculum is based on a gradation model. This class is part A. Level 3B will be offered the following week. Completion of both 3A & 3B sessions is required prior to entry into the next Level.
