Service Description

Students will complete an A-line skirt with a fitted waistband and zipper. The first session will entail fitting the pattern and doing any necessary alterations. There will be a demonstration on installing a zipper, and each student will be completing a zipper sample during class. After the patterns are altered, we will discuss fabric types and yardage requirements for each student. To Bring to the first session: Sewing Machine. Don't have a sewing machine? No problem! We recommend the Brothers Sewing Machine (Costco and other retailers) -- it's a quality machine at an affordable price. Thread (any color) Bobbins Shears Pins Fabric for your skirt (you'll measure and learn exactly what amount to purchase at the first class.)
