Have you dabbled in decorating cookies using royal icing? In this intermediate-level class we'll explore how to add dimension, use stencils and airbrushing, and create icing transfers through step-by-step instruction, demonstration, and hands-on decorating. Students should already be familiar and have experience with cookie decorating basics, including the use of both piping and flood consistency royal icing. All cookies and materials are provided, including tools for you to take home for your own use.
