Elementary Art: Spring 2026

Service Description

Pack your imagination and grab your sketchbook as we head out on a 6-week art adventure through the creative wild! This unique class is team-taught by an experienced elementary educator and a professional artist, guiding young explorers as they discover the fundamentals of art in both two- and three-dimensional mediums. Along the way, students will create their own artistic “treasures,” explore famous works of art from around the world, and uncover real-life artistic skills and creative career paths. Each week brings a new stop on our safari—full of hands-on projects, collaboration, and creative discovery. 🌿 Who can join the expedition? Students should be able to read and write independently and feel comfortable participating in a group setting. 🗓 Safari Schedule: Class meets every Thursday from March 26 through May 7, excluding April 23. 🖼 Final Destination – Art Gallery Showcase: Our safari concludes with an Art Gallery Showcase on Thursday, May 7, where student masterpieces will be proudly displayed toward the end of class.
