Service Description

Explore the season through tactile mixed-media art. Over three weeks, you’ll create two original pieces inspired by the flavors and comforts of autumn. Each project is custom to your style and preference (the photos is just representative of the types of projects we'll do). All materials and supplies are included in your fee. Additional Details: Project 1: FALL FLAVORS Experiment with a variety of yarn textures and learn how to press and maneuver yarn to create tactile dimension. Using a cup of coffee or a pumpkin as inspiration, create a richly textured mixed-media composition on a square canvas. Project 2: COZY COMFORT Explore the art of layering materials - including leather, lace, and fabric - to create textured depth. Incorporate shimmering artisan paper to capture the soft luminosity of light and bring your composition to life with vibrant paint markers. Create a cozy blanket or scarf-inspired composition, or curate a candlelit scene, on a rectangular canvas that captures the ambience of a peaceful autumn evening.
