Enrollment, Attendance, and Cancellation Policy

Enrollment in any program reserves a space for your student and allows our teachers to plan accordingly.

• Enrollment: A completed registration form and payment are required to secure placement.

• Attendance: Consistent attendance ensures the best experience and progress for all students. Please notify us as soon as possible if your student will be absent.

General Class Cancellation (see links below for specific Cancellation Policies for Dance and Music): Full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 30 days prior to class start date. 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 14-29 days prior to class start date no refund will be given within 2 weeks of class start date.

I understand that reasonable care and supervision are provided and that participation is voluntary.
