Enrollment, Attendance, and Cancellation Policies
Enrollment reserves a space for your student and allows our teachers to plan accordingly.

A completed registration form and payment are required to secure placement.

General Class and Camp Cancellation: Full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 30 days prior to class start date. 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is received in writing 14-29 days prior to class start date no refund will be given within 2 weeks of class start date.

Attendance: Refunds are not given for missed sessions.

Tardiness: Refunds are not given for missed time due to tardiness

General Liability Release
By participating in programs offered by Copper Hills Center for the Arts, I acknowledge that activities may involve physical movement or the use of art materials and tools. I release and hold harmless Copper Hills Center for the Arts, its instructors, and staff from any liability, claims, or demands that may arise from participation in these activities. I understand that reasonable care and supervision are provided and that participation is voluntary.
General Media Release
By enrolling my child in programs at Copper Hills Center for the Arts, I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, or events. These images may be used solely for CFTA’s promotional materials and publications, including print and digital platforms. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership related to such use. If I do not wish for my child to be included in photos or videos, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the front office in writing.
